All returns must be in the original warehouse condition including the poly bag and card insert. If you’d like to exchange something for a different size, or if damaged or defective in any way, then claims must be made within one (1) week of receipt of goods. Exchanges for a different size will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged again upon re-shipment. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We highly recommend that you insure the package and / or send it with Delivery Confirmation. Should we not receive your return, we cannot issue a credit. Credits on returns will be issued to the original account and to the value of the merchandise only, that is not including shipping and warehouse admin fees. Be sure to  EMAIL US when you’ve sent the return so we can keep an eye out. When enquiring about an order or a return please include the order number and the original email address with which the order was placed.
